On a recent Tuesday night, the Mt. Penn crew joined up with the crew from Exeter Twp. to take a tour of the new Acrylabs production facility on Prospect St. in St. Lawrence Boro. The facility manufactures a unique roof coating system that can be applied over just about any type of existing roof surface and is renewable which means less debris in the landfills. The crews were treated to plenty of food for dinner after which they were given a product demonstration of exactly how the process works. It was pretty neat to see cardboard become completely waterproof in a matter of minutes! After the demonstration everybody was invited to walk around and inspect the entire facility while having any and all questions answered by the staff on hand. We would like to thank the staff at Acrylabs for inviting us, feeding us and allowing us to tour your facility.
