
Yes, it’s true! After some brief negotiations between borough council, fire company officers and township supervisors with Santa’s North Pole Central Command (SNPCC), that jolly old elf and everybody’s favorite jolly guy with a twinkle in his eye, Santa Claus will be making his way around Mt. Penn Borough AND Alsace Township on a fire truck. He has made time in his busy schedule for a one-day trip to the area before he has to head home to supervise his elves and get the reindeer ready for their around the world Christmas flight, as well as get all his special flight clearances from the FAA and NORAD for the big day which will be here before you know it! The planned schedule is as follows:
Alsace Township is Saturday, December 17th beginning at 1p.m.
Mt. Penn Borough is Saturday, December 17th beginning at 6p.m.
Make sure you look for the lights and listen for the sirens, so you don’t miss him! Come outside and give him a wave and friendly hello!
